What is BTH all about?
We are an optimistic apparel company. Our users share messages of hope, optimism and humor through monthly contests for a chance to help their favorite charities. We print winning messages on cotton t-shirts and 25 percent of our net profits go to charitable organizations.
Where is BTH located?
We are physically located just outside of Indianapolis, Ind., in a funky little town called Fortville. But, our community of users is located around the world.
What charities does BTH support?
We support 501c3 organizations that are making a difference. When our users win one of our monthly contests we support their favorite charities based on t-shirt sales. BTH also has several core products that we have created to benefit St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, KidsFirst Foundation and Folds of Honor Foundation. How do your monthly contests work?
At the beginning of each month, BTH opens a new contest where users can submit their own original messages of hope, optimism and humor. Other users then vote on their favorite submissions and at the end of the month, we name a winner based on the highest total of YES votes for the month. A minimum of 25 votes are needed to be eligible to win. Then, BTH hand prints the winning message on cotton tees for all to buy.
How does BTH decide which submissions win the monthly contests?
BTH doesn’t decide who wins our contests. That matter is up to people who vote for their favorite submissions. Winners are determined based on the highest total of YES votes at the end of each month. A minimum of 25 votes are needed to be eligible to win.
How much $$$ can I raise if I win a BTH contest?
Winners of our monthly message contests can raise up to $5,000 for their favorite charities, based on t-shirt sales.
Can BTH host a special contest specifically for my school, church, etc…?
Yes. Please contact us at info@bringthehope.com if you are interested in having us set up a special contest designed to raise money for your favorite charity.
What type of t-shirts do you sell?
BTH cotton tees come from Anvil Knitwear, Inc.
Who designs the BTH shirts?
It depends. Some of our tees are created and designed entirely by Bring The Hope. Other shirts feature the messages taken from our monthly contest winners. BTH designs these shirts too, but we do so with input from the winners and feedback from voters.
What size t-shirt should I order?
Our tees are pre-shrunk 100 percent cotton. Expect approximately five percent shrinkage after washing. The size chart for our Anvil tees can be found here.
Do you offer anything beyond t-shirts?
We plan to introduce long-sleeve thermals in the near future. And we might also offer tank tops too. If you have other ideas for us, don’t hesitate to let us know.
What are my shipping options with BTH?
We ship our products through the United States Postal Service.
What name will show up on my credit card statement when I purchase from BTH?
When you purchase from BTH, you will see “What If Wear” LLC on your credit card statement.
How can I change my order?
If you ever need to change your order, please email us at info@bringthehope.com. If we haven’t shipped your order yet, we’ll do whatever we can to help. When contacting us, please provide the name the order was placed under, your contact info and the change(s) you would like to make.
What forms of payment does BTH accept?
BTH accepts MasterCard, Visa and American Express.
Does BTH offer special discounts for large orders?
Yes. If you are ordering 25 shirts or more, please contact us at info@bringthehope.com for information about special discount pricing for large orders.
What is your return policy?
It’s simple really. All of our products come with a special BTH guarantee. If we don’t put a smile on your face, we’ll refund your $...no questions. Just return the product to us for a full refund, less shipping charges.
What is your exchange policy?
We’ll exchange any unwashed/unworn tee within 45 days of your order. Just contact us at info@bringthehope.com, and we’ll coordinate the exchange at no additional cost to you, less shipping charges.
